Molly and Martin decided to get married on a Sunday in May and I am in love with that idea. They had a brunch reception with crepes, pastries, and the most amazing butter. Haha! When arriving at Cobblestone Farms in Ann Arbor Michigan, I fell in love with the grounds. Cute little coves of gorgeous wild flowers along with little paths for me to get romantic beautiful portraits of my bride and groom!! Molly’s dress was a statement piece to begin with, with the full dress in gorgeous lace and a champagne ribbon detail around the waist!
When meeting with Molly before the wedding she was so excited about all the details she was making for this wedding. Everything from the banners for the mimosa bar to the hand picked frames she included on the tables. I think the mimosa bar was a hit on this warm morning in May what a great idea!
Molly and Martin's puppy was the main star of the day as he brought the rings down the aisle! He was even sporting a tie. I would have to say though that this ceremony was one of my most heart felt ceremonies that I have had the pleasure of attending. Molly and Martin are apart of an amazing community of Quaker's and the fact that everyone at the ceremony has to sign the marriage certificate is so awesome!
This portrait below so an unposed moment between Molly and Martin as they walked out of their ceremony! They walked to the front of the grounds to have a moment to themselves like I always recommend for all of my couples since the day is a complete whirlwind! It gives you a moment to talk to each other with no one around and most of the time I FALL in love with the images I capture from a distance during this time because you are just being YOU!
